In these sessions, I teach the basic logic behind my Alka-Terranean Method™️, help you to make this evidence-based, proven and effective method a sustainable lifestyle by providing nutrition and wellness tips plus practical recommendations. 

We analyze your personal needs and wellness goals, and co-create action steps that will help you to reach your goals. Afterwards, we track these action steps together, tweak them, or add new action steps when needed, with the ultimate goal of creating sustainable lifelong habits.

Please note that this program does not include daily tracking and feedback like my bespoke & intimate coaching programs. With this program you will be in contact with me at sessions, not in between.

If you feel you need more of an extra push and a more high-touch program with me that I will hold you accountable on a day to day basis then check-out my intimate Bespoke & Intimate One to One Coaching Program which includes daily tracking & feedback, and unlimited whatsapp support. 

The Investment For This Program Is:

The first session is one hour long (222 GBP)

Follow-up sessions are 30 mins (111 GBP)
